SimplePractice is an all-in-one practice management solution for private practice health and wellness practitioners. As its audience rapidly expanded during the pandemic, its UX and visual system needed to keep pace.

I had the honor of helping SimplePractice weave consistency, clarity, and emotional connection across every touchpoint.

Leaning in wherever I saw a need

As a multidisciplinary designer, I pride myself in never staying in my lane. I leaned in wherever design was needed and helped connect the dots through:

  • High-impact landing pages and responsive UI

  • Engaging multi-channel branding campaigns (email, social, web)

  • Editorial design for a print magazine that practitioners actually treasure

  • Illustrated ebooks and brochures that made complex topics inviting


Building trust and delight across platforms

The results of our cross-functional efforts were clear:

  • 20% lift in overall trial sign-ups, with a 170% spike from redesigned landing pages
